PETITION

 

Come now Petitioners, by and through their attorney, Jesus Christ, and for their cause of action, states and avers to the Court as follows:

Petitioners are children of the God of the Universe, of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and citizens of the Kingdom of God, authorized to fulfill and do business on earth as it is in Heaven.

1. Respondents are citizens of hell and darkness.

2. That on or about the last week of January, 2020, Satan and his workers of iniquity, lies, destruction and evil plotted a three cord strand attack against the earth and all people living by creating a deadly virus called COVID – 19, infecting thousands of your people on the earth.  

3. That according to Your Word in Luke 10:19, Respondents have no authority against the Kingdom of God.

4. That as a result of the Respondent’s lies, plots and schemes, Petitioners have lost lives, lost jobs, and have been financially damaged. 

5. That Respondents have been trying to steal the Keys of the Kingdom for years through deceit of the minds of Petitioners and physical destruction of their bodies.

6. That as a result of the Respondents actions that go all the way back to Adam and Eve, all of what the Respondents have stolen from the Petitioners will be refunded back to Petitioners 7 times 7 with interest, all for the Glory of God.

7. That as of March 20, 2020, Petitioners pray to the Court for a death sentence be put into action for the COVID – 19 virus; curse it to the root, and command it to die in the name of Jesus.

8. Petitioners Further pray that any deadly virus, cancer, sickness, ailment, pestilence, witchcraft, word curses be put to death, and by the light of Jesus and blood of the Lamb, your people will be covered, protected and restored, as they come into alignment with the Your Will, they will be made complete and whole. 

9. That Respondents have attempted to destroy President Donald Trump, and his campaign for 2020 by causing fear, and isolation.  Respondent has taken Your three cord strand attack and used it against your people and is in violation of Your Word, Your Authority, Your chain of command and is therefore in contempt.

WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray for Judgment against the Respondents, for the amount due according to your riches in Glory for what the Respondents have stolen from the Petitioners, all the way back to Adam and Eve and give back to the Petitioners 7 times 7, plus interest; and that the COVID – 19 virus be put to death and die at the root to never live again; that any deadly virus, cancer, sickness or ailment be put to death forever on April 6, 2020; for every violation of Your authority and Word spoken, Respondent be found in contempt; that every word curse be broken and every assignment attached to those curses be null and void; and no efforts from Respondent will prevent your great end time awakening and revival, and President Trump will be elected once again, and Your Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven and we will seal it with a song of praise, forever and ever.

AMENDED JUDGMENT

 

​On March 20, 2020, the Petition for the above referenced matter came on for hearing in the courtroom of the almighty God.  The Petitioner’s intercessor, Sara Pounds, appeared in spirit, by and through her attorney, Jesus Christ.  Respondents appeared not. Upon considering the Petition submitted, the Court of Heaven finds as follows:

1. Petitioners, the Kingdom and Army of God, hereby are lifted up in unity, anointed to overflowing, with the Glory of God and resurrection power to fulfill all assignments with God’s messengers to bring forth the end time harvest.

2. That on June 17, 1776, by the Second Continental Congress of the United States of America has declared, decreed and attested the Declaration of Independence, and Further states and avers to the Court that countries have and are planning a “reset” to destroy the United States of America and Israel.   The History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World:

3. The Court finds that Respondent, COVID-19, is guilty of murder, putting the world on lock down, and causing fear to manifest all over the world. In light of the truth being exposed by almighty God, those involved using the Corona Virus, a/k/a COVID-19, are hereby held in contempt, and are under arrest in the Courts of Heaven, evicted from all authority and bound up in Jesus name.

4. The court finds that Respondents have lied and stolen from Petitioners from generation after generation, all the way back to Adam, and those actions are unjust and inappropriate and pray for righteous Judgment from the Lord of Lords, the Alpha and the Omega, the one and only God of the Universe.

It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that COVID – 19 is bound up in the name of Jesus.  It is sentenced to death by execution by the wrath of the almighty God of the Universe effective immediately, with no option of parole; IT IS FINISHED, IT IS OVER, and ALL AUTHORITY belongs to the Petitioners, the Remnant Army of God in all their glory given by the Father in Heaven, with Resurrection Power of the Blood of Jesus to rule and reign over this earth in boldness and love; the earth shall be filled with the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea and shall be issued for the harvest; all monies from the beginning of time stolen from Petitioners is given back to them 7X7 with interest, at which rate is subject to the will of God almighty; every land stolen from the Petitioners is hereby returned 7X7.  It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all power and authority of Satan, and his army fall dead to the ground and are put on lock down, sent to the dry place God has prepared for them - they assume the position God commanded them to be in the beginning, they crawl on their bellies in humility; it is further ORDERED ADJUDGED and DECREED that the court finds the Second Continental Congress of the United States of America has declared herein to be sound and just, and the Court of Heaven rules in favor of the aforementioned document in its entirety; pursuant to 3 John 1:2, Petitioners “will prosper concerning all things, be in good health, just as their souls prosper”; pursuant to Isaiah 57:18 “I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to the mourners”; and pursuant to 2 Chronicles 7:14 because Petitioners, “which are called by My name, humbled themselves, prayed, they looked up and sought after the face of Jesus, and turned from their wicked ways, they shall hear from Heaven,  the LORD God almighty will forgive their sin and will heal their land, and great will be the peace of them”,  as well as the United States of America, Israel and every nation appointed by God, and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper in the premises.
