*A researcher on TruthSocial dug into Rapper Tupac’s life and music and found he knew about the Illuminati, wanted to make others aware of the dangers of being involved with them, and he was afraid they were out to “get him.” An album he recorded in August 1996 was released after his death under the name: “Machaveli-The Don Killuminati.” 
This same researcher found an article in Revolver News that stated Tupac’s estate was sued for defamation by a man mentioned in a song by Tupac that alleged that he was a Federal Agent. Ray Epps is suing Revolver News and Tucker Carlson for this same issue—claiming he was defamed by their claim that he is a Federal Agent. By the way, Tupac’s estate was successful in defending against the defamation charge because they asserted being called a Fed is not defamation. New York Judge Michael Mukasey agreed. 
*Another TruthSocial addition: Asked whether the 4th of September could be a play on Dutch Sheets “Command the Foreward” where he explained the difference between “forward” and “foreward”—could the four be a play on the words “fore”, “for”, and “four?”
*A drug war broke out in Columbia that caused 3 weeks of guerrilla warfare.
*If you add the numbers in the date 9/4/1996=38. Biblical meaning of 3=Godhead; 8=new beginnings; 30=the right moment, separation to what you’ve been called to do. Then you can add those numbers, 3+8=11 and 11=the prophetic, transition, the 11th hour.

*Facebook follower sent Troy Brewer’s meanings of 26: (26 years from 1996-now) Messianic bloodlines, David (means “Beloved” Only David and Jesus were called Beloved),26 generations from David to Jesus; David is the only David in the Bible-rare, some prophets have called DJT God’s David.

    Not sure if this would have anything to do with the September 4th. I am currently watching a video titled "Derek Johnson and Dr. Scott on Current Events". starts around 6 minute mark. They are talking about Executive Orders (EO) of 13818, 13848. And a EO that's due to end in Sept. 2023. And by law, cannot be extended. Something about election interference and theebiden signed it 2 yrs. in a row. It needs to be answered or theebiden would have to write a new order.

    I wondered about Tupac. Something in my spirit didn't sit right with his demise. Now I know why. I'm thinking the same thing with Kobe Bryant and Jamie Foxx. It's just a feeling.

      Robin Bullock was teaching about a period of time he calls the void, and his son-in-law prophesied we should be praying 1 John 1-14 into the void every day. Not sure if the times match up to your timeline, but if you watch the most recent interview on Elijah Streams between Steve and Robin, you can hear about it yourself. It was a bit confusing but I might listen again to get more clarity.

    In 1996 Labor Day was 9-2-1996. Tupac was shot on 9-7-1996 and died 6 days later on 9-13-1996. How does any of this relate to September 4, 1996?

      Tupac’s last live interview was on 9/4/1996–very revealing about the Illuminati and that he felt they were out to “get” him.

    On the September 5, 2023 broadcast the September 4, 1996 dream was referenced again. I found myself thinking hmm, what day of the week was it, where was I living then. It was a Wednesday and I was living in N California commuting from the area between Sacramento and San Francisco to the east bay. I googled the date and added San Francisco - low and behold Montreal EXPOS beat the SF GIANTS 6-0. Wow! Last week Dutch Sheets shared about a dream of taking out the GIANTS, Tim Sheets mentioned taking out GIANTS in his 9/3/23 Sunday message. So many decrees have been made about EXPOSING evil - great confirmation. I also saw that the Michigan Journal of International Law published a paper in 1998 about the missle strike on Iraq on 9/4/1996 titled Force without Law: Seeking a Legal Justification for the September 1996 US Military intervention in Iraq - FORCE without LAW caught my attention. Sure does seem like much is happening in the work now where they are trying to force and make rulings bypassing the law..
