TAKE A DEEP BREATH
“TAKE A DEEP AND STEADYING BREATH as you FOCUS on My LOVE, My POWER, and My PROMISES. Holy Spirit is the BREATH OF HEAVEN and when you PURPOSEFULLY BREATHE My BREATH into your lungs, it TUNES you to Heaven’s LIFE and FREQUENCY. If you will do this three times, it will serve to bring your body, soul, and spirit into UNION with Me. There is NO STRESS in Me or any RACING THOUGHTS or any DOOM and GLOOM scenarios being played out in My mind. You will have joined yourself to My WISDOM, My INSIGHTS, and My DEEP PEACE. Your STRIVING and your WORRY will be OVERCOME by My PRESENCE, POWER, LOVE, and LIFE flowing into you. As you are joined to Me in PEACE, you will SEE situations and problems from a different perspective. CREATIVE SOLUTIONS and EFFECTIVE FAITH are birthed in this place of UNION with Me. Turn aside, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, be TUNED to My heart, and ENJOY My presence.”

The breathing pattern , 4 in , hold 7 , out 5 . You are ready to witness to those the previously thought you were a nut case . People are starting to absorb some truth now . Tell them Trump is God's David and has been God's Cyrus in Israel ---Billboards in Jerusalem proclaiming the fact ! o.e.

DeleteI've been practicing the practical breathing technique: Inhale to count of 4 - thru the nose.
ReplyDeleteHold to count of 4. Exhale to count of six. Really helps.
There is also NOTHING like Praying and/or singing in tongues,
Deletebuilding up our Most Holy Faith + meditating scriptures.
I practice this as well. I do 4-7-8 breathing. And when you inhale through the nose use your stomach, not the chest.

Lord God, we THANK YOU that You are our Source of Love, Guidance and Understanding of these Times and Seasons. THANK YOU for this day to HONOR You and SERVE You. We ASK for Your Blessing upon us, for our minds to be "KADOSH L'YHWH" and that YOU put Your Name on our foreheads.
We BLESS YOU and we THANK YOU for blessing us.

EXPECTATIONS
December 02, 2025
Expectations. For your expectations of others can bring you and others a world of hurt. For I have given one of My children a vibrant and outgoing personality who loves people and is the life of the party. And then another one of My children I have given a quiet and gentle heart~one that loves reading books and having a few close friends to share their life with. This child is rather private yet spends much time with ME in prayer. Now I cannot expect My outgoing child to have a quiet life like the second child for I did not create him/her like that. Neither could I expect My quiet child to be the life of the party. So Do Not Put Expectations on others that do not fit them. For My Word speaks of this when it talks about the body having many parts as you are not all hands or an eye but you are all needed and if one suffers, all parts suffer with it. So My Army of Light be careful how you treat others in the Body of Christ for you all have different callings, but all are created to Love.
1 Corinthians 12:18-27 “But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, I don’t need you! And the head cannot say to the feet, I don’t need you! One the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ and each one of you is a part of it.”

I'm the quiet one who has asked God if the outgoing ones have it easier in this life. He responded that I was fearfully and wonderfully made. 💕
DeleteI’m the quiet one, too. But I’m also most definitely a seed planter. I happily tell others of Papa GOD and share my faith. Sometimes I over do it. I know I can push people away because of it. I just hope it will all resonate one day. - Erica C.
DeleteErica, Gods word does not return void. Whatever seeds you are planting God will use for the glory of His Kingdom. I tend to over do also. I am excited to share the good news; some hearts are not ready yet to receive. I know the Holy Spirit is softening them for the next seed planter though!

Delete1. Prioritize: do most important First.
2. Delegate: somethings Can be handed off to someone else.
3. Procrastinate: low value things Can wait.
4. Eliminate: some things really Don't need to be done : )

I am reminded of testimonies from after a recent Healing Summit(Oasis Church/Tim Sheets).
While the worship team sang the song.."It's your breath in our lungs, so we pour out our praise...."🎶🎵 people received healing from respiratory issues.

DeleteFrom the Edgar Cayce readings I learned that Jesus practiced cosmic breathing meaning He breathed in divine love from the Father and then breathed it out to the world🎄

Father in Heaven,
I come boldly before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus, covered by His precious blood.
Today I thank You that the epic battle we are fighting is already won at the cross, and right now we enforce that victory.
I declare: Let Your purified Heavenly atmosphere be established over my life, my family, my city, my state, and this nation, exactly as it is in Heaven! Displace every dark, dark, heavy, lying atmosphere with the crystal-clear air of Your Kingdom.
I praise You and welcome the full fulfillment of Your plans and purposes for my life and for the United States of America. Your plans prevail! Every scheme of darkness and destruction is overturned, canceled, and brought to nothing by the power of Your Word.
Together with You, Lord, I call forth the restoration of all things:
Health and wholeness in our bodies, reversing every curse and death agenda;
Pure air, pure water, pure land;
Healthy churches burning with Your whole counsel;
Prosperity, creativity, inventions, and cures;
Strong families, healed relationships, and deliverance for every person trapped in deception;
True justice and righteousness in our courts;
Cleansed schools and the full truth of our history restored.
I break the power of Leviathan’s mind-binding spirit over this nation right now. I command every lying narrative to be exposed and canceled. I release Your Illumination Angels and Awakening Angels to open blind eyes and unstop deaf ears. Truth arises as a mighty weapon and destroys the empire of lies! They have lost; we have won in the name of Jesus!
I stand in my God-given authority and resist every rogue judge, tyrannical, and arrogant leader.
(Standing now, extending my right hand)
In the name of Jesus and by His blood, I declare: “You will not have my nation! The Most High God has decreed that America shall be saved!” The victory is ours by Your name and Your promises!
I take up last year’s assignment and drive Heaven’s agenda of freedom and victory into its complete fulfillment. Every evil opposition, every death threat, every demonic assignment against us is canceled and rendered powerless.
Lord, send Your shockwaves of glory across this land; empower them to accomplish every single thing You intend.
This is the season of turning! I welcome rivers of new life, fresh light, and the fear of the Lord over America.
And together with You, King Jesus, I decree: The Forces of Light are taking back the airwaves for truth and righteousness. Every lying voice is silenced as its nature is fully exposed. The darkness has no more voice; only Your truth will be heard!
Thank You, Father. It is finished. It is done.
I seal this prayer in the matchless, overcoming name of Jesus Christ.
